I’ve always loved to cook. I’ve cooked for heads of state, movie stars, music and sports icons, entertainment executives and more; people who for better or worse made a difference (see my client list). I ran the kitchens at top restaurants in my native Florence, Italy and Los Angeles and then went on to open my own “Massimo” restaurant in Beverly Hills. I now want to use my 30-plus years of culinary knowledge to cook, teach and bring a sense of unity, joy and seriously great food to your home, office, or corporate event.
